All SymGym.com website and application elements are part of an online application driven community designed for tracking, managing and sharing gym related activities related to fitness and over all physical health. Thanks to the 5 average spotters that make up SimGym, LLC., we have much to share with you but we are limited to offering you assistance in becoming more aware of your progress and leave it up to you to work on improvements. So yes, this is our kryptonite clause... we do not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure human activity or the problem of being human... we will not make you Superman, however we can dramatically educate you on exercises, your own workout trends, patterns and tracking measurements that will assist you in understanding what you are doing in the GYM, which, in the end CAN lead to you getting buffed!
